About this experience

Banku is fermented maize and cassava dough cooked down and turned by hand until it is smooth and sour, and on this coast it comes with whole tilapia grilled over charcoal and a pepper sauce ground in an asanka with onion and fresh chilli. The fish comes out of the lagoon or the sea the same morning. Eaten with your hands, at a table on the sand. — Indicative price.
