Ghanaian soups — groundnut, palm nut and light soup
1 / 5About this experience
Three soups and the differences between them. Groundnut soup is peanut paste let down slowly so it does not split; palm nut soup is pressed from boiled palm fruit, which is a job in itself; light soup is tomato, onion, chilli and ginger, clean and hot. Each takes a different meat or fish, and each goes with a different swallow — fufu, banku or omo tuo. You make one and taste all three. — Indicative price.
