About this experience

Ghana's largest protected area, about 4,840 square kilometres of Guinea savannah in the Savannah Region, and one of the few places in West Africa where you track elephants on foot with an armed ranger rather than from a vehicle. Elephant, kob, warthog, baboon and roan antelope all use the park. The dry season, roughly December to April, concentrates animals at the waterholes below the escarpment. — Indicative price. Entry and guide fees at this site are set by the body that manages it and change from time to time; the amount is confirmed when you book.
